Northwich Victoria Supporters Trust
Annual General Meeting - 28th June 2007

Apologies: A large number of people had sent their apologies.

Minutes of AGM - 29 June 2006 : Chairman Paul Stockton gave a summary of
the key issues from the minutes of the last AGM. James Wood proposed
acceptance of the minutes as a true reflection of the meeting and this was
seconded by Frank Kirkham.

Chair?s report: The Chairman?s report had been distributed prior to the
meeting, but Paul gave a review of 2006, outlining the deterioration in the
relationship with the Club. It as a difficult year, but fortunately the
Trust has been kept going, although there have been restricted activities.
Paul reminded members of the success of the Away Travel and the website at
www.nvfc.co.uk, which the Trust Board had retained despite pressure to give
it up.

The Chairman has also been involved with Supporters Direct and other
Trusts, including helping with both Runcorn Linnets and Wrexham Trusts
elections.

Paul also thanked the rest of the Board for their assistance over the past
year and John Coats assistance with the Away Travel.

Treasurer?s report: John Coats gave a summary of the Accounts, copies of
which were distributed at the meeting.? Points of note included:
a) Although the income from subscriptions in 2006 was down on 2005, it
needs to be recognised that the 2005 figure included the transfer of funds
from the closure of the Drill Field Trust.
b) There has been a reduction in Silver members, which has effected income,
although support has increased in 2007.
c) Significant purchases in 2006 included the kit boxes, ultrasound
equipment, goal posts, sponsorship of the Supporters Team and a donation to
Tricky the Cat?s new costume.
d) The figures for Away travel refer to the full size buses, as the
minibuses were run at cost.

A vote of thanks was received from the floor, regarding the concise and
open accounts presented by John.

The membership accepted the accounts following a proposal by James Wood and
a secondment by Gordon Emery.

Secretary?s report: Margaret Nixon confirmed that the current membership
stands at 126 members, of whom 48 are Silver and the rest Bronze. This
compares favourably with a membership of 112 at the last AGM and is
particularly encouraging given the split that occurred in the fan base
following the last AGM.

Silver members received the opportunity for free travel to Kidderminster
this season and Junior members will be entitled to a free hat.

Maggie then gave an overview of performance against our objectives as
detailed in the previously issued report.

Chris Borley gave a vote of thanks to the people who maintain the trust
website, as it keeps fans informed.

Trust Board Election: Three elected members had stood down from the Trust
this year and two had re-stood for election, along with one of the co-opted
members. Following a vote, Peter Grimes, David Moilliet and Andy Woolly
were elected, unanimously by those in attendance.

Motions for Resolution:

a) Election of Trust auditor: As previously communicated, the members were
asked to endorse the Board?s decision to appoint Mr P Osborne as the
Auditor for 2006.? This was passed unanimously by those in attendance.

b) Rule change to remove requirement for FULL audit: John explained the
proposal to remove the requirement in our rules for the Trust to? submit to
a full audit. The previously notified motion was proposed by Frank Kirkham
and seconded by Will Hughes. The motion was passed unanimously by those in
attendance.

In the absence of any other business the meeting was formally closed and a
presentation given by guests from Runcorn Linnets and AFC Telford Football Clubs.
